I watched this short video and I’ve been inspired to try this. For the first 30 days I’ve decided to do 100 push-ups a day (no I won’t be doing them all at once). Don’t laugh, I know to some of you that doesn’t sound like much but I haven’t done a push-up since 1 Feb 2012.
I’m on my third day now. I started on 23 Sept 2012. I’ve received a lot of encouragement from family and friends and I’m excited to be doing this.
